Well we’ve made it through January!!! And what a wet end to the # month! A heartfelt thanks to those parents, carers, young people and colleagues who rang to check on us when the floods were up. We were all very lucky and apart from being cut off for a day, fairly unaffected. We know others weren’t quite as lucky. A specific thank you to Karen and the wonderful ladies for the thoughtful call at the end of Tuesday 😊 So, roll on February, we’re ready for you!!!!

We are so happy to be back after the Christmas break!
A huge thank you for all the thoughtful cards and presents, the animals have been very spoiled and loved! The homemade carrot treats and homemade dog treats for Frank and Pamela were a definite hit !! It’s been wonderful to see everyone again and step back into the rhythm of the work we do together.
Keep and eye out for upcoming posts where we’ll be sharing some exciting updates about the development of our site and service.
Also, I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to our partners and colleagues for your continued support, collaboration, and shared commitment to those who we work to support! Bring on 2026!!!!!

Many of you will have heard about today’s tragic accident involving a school bus carrying students and teachers in Minehead. We would like to extend our thoughts and deepest sympathies to all involved. Meet Our Newest Little Helpers!

We’re so thrilled to share some joyful news from . Our adorable goslings hatched last week and are already making themselves right at home!

These fluffy little ones have brought so much happiness to the farm, and we can’t wait for our children and young people to meet them. There’s something truly special about watching new life begin, and these goslings are a wonderful reminder of growth, hope, and the beauty of nature.

Born right here at the yard, Florrie is our little ray of sunshine and she’s loving the longer days and fresh spring grass! From her first wobbly steps to her current cheeky trots around the paddock, it's been pure joy watching her grow.
