With an outstanding number of positive feedback from both Residents and Visitors, Alison has shone brightly over the last 3 months, going Above and Beyond. She has covered additional events and activities, moved her shifts to start earlier, accomodated transport to assist Residents to their appointments and worked beyond her primary job role (... we could go on!!) WELL DONE ALISON, THIS EOQ AWARD IS TRULY DESERVED 👏 👏 👏

Following an unannounced Kitchen Inspection this morning, we are pleased to announce that we retained our FIVE STAR RATING!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Thank you to Andy from Somerset Council for your professionalism and for indulging our sassy Residents; One of which said, "You can't be a good inspector, you aren't fat enough" 🤦‍♀️ We had a great morning overall! Thanks again Andy!!

Well done to the Hummingbirds who are always working hard to fill out temperature records, complete opening and closing checks, clean the kitchens, all the while preparing beautiful tea trays, tasty treats and yummy dinners 🍽🤤🥦🥩🍞🍕🥪🍳

**Staff Evening** to celebrate a well deserved ending to our January Training Month!! We had some much needed sit down and chill time (with any of the Residents who wanted to join and eat with us.) Complete with a game of "NEVER HAVE I EVER" 🤭🤭 Let us just say that we learnt some pretty shocking things about what our dear Residents used to get up to ! ! ... Honestly, we learnt a lot from this particular evening I tell you! 😆🥰🤗 Anyway, we love our safe space where we can share thoughts, feelings and to reminisce over times gone by (both Residents and Staff..) Only at Hummingbird Care 💐 💐 🕊 🕊

Well done to all the Staff for completing their In-House Training and for those who have achieved their Care Certificate 👏👏
