Telephone update: we currently have no telephone line. We are presuming it may well be down to the delightful weather outside. But BT have confirmed that there is a fault in the line.

Tavyside Pharmacy are seeking an enthusiastic person with good customer care skills, to come and work with the pharmacy team in a pharmacy advisor role.
The successful candidate will have some experience in a customer facing role in retail and an interest in working in the healthcare pharmacy sector.
Full training will be provided.
The vacancy is for 27hrs per week including evenings and weekends.

Patient Notice-
Tavyside pharmacy has recently had new dispensing software installed.
We are asking that patients please wait to collect prescriptions until they have received a text message to confirm that their prescription is ready for collection.
Please bear with the us during the next 8-12 weeks whilst staff become more familiar with this new system (this is now very different to mainstream dispensing) also during this time we will be navigating both old and new systems.
Any abuse towards members of staff will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances, patients being abusive will be asked to leave.

Bookings are now open for NHS Covid & Flu vaccinations to be done at Tavyside Pharmacy.
They must be booked via the National Booking Service, and eligibility criteria is required as detailed on the NHS website
