Daleswood Yoga Daleswood Yoga Welcome to Daleswood Yoga. If you'd like to try a class at Daleswood Yoga in Tavistock, the first one is free. One to one sessions also available.

It's a small private studio, with a maximum class size of 8. This allows for individual attention, so beginners can gain confidence and intermediate students can benefit from adjustments and feedback to develop their practice.
