There’s something about early March in Devon, isn’t there?
The light lingers a little longer. The air feels different. Even the birds seem louder.
But our bodies don’t always switch seasons overnight.
Some of the women I’ve seen recently have said the same thing — “I feel like I’m coming back to life… but slowly.”
And slowly is absolutely fine.
