✅️ISRM BTEC Lv5 - in training As a busy mum to a wonderful little girl, I understand the importance of balance in life—between work, childcare, home, family and wellbeing. My passion for supporting others on their journeys led me to create Totally Kneaded. Massage therapies that I do. Swedish massage;
is one of the most effective therapies for relaxation and overall wellbeing. Using a combination of long, purposeful strokes, this technique works across the entire body—including the back, feet, legs, glutes, arms, hands, shoulders, upper chest, stomach, neck, scalp, and face. For those seeking deeper relief, firmer treatments can be applied to stubborn knots and tense areas to ease general aches and pains. If you’d like a full-body massage experience, please book a minimum 105-minute session to allow enough time for complete relaxation and care. Holistic massage (with optional of Myofascial Cupping);
is a personalised therapy designed to relax, restore, and rebalance the body and mind. Using a blend of specialised techniques, this approach is tailored to meet individual needs, combining elements of Swedish, Stretching therapies, Trigger Points, Acupressure massage and more therapeutic touch - to release tension and promote overall wellbeing. Each session is crafted to address specific areas of discomfort while enhancing relaxation through gentle, flowing movements and targeted pressure where needed. Whether you seek deep relief or a soothing experience, holistic massage supports both physical and emotional harmony, leaving you refreshed and restored. Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage (with optional of Myofascial Cupping);
is a slow, precise therapy incorporating multiple specialised techniques. Designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this treatment uses firm, intentional strokes to help alleviate musculoskeletal tension and discomfort. While deep tissue massage is intense, it is not painful. Instead, it acts as a thorough ‘body workout,’ working to release stubborn areas of tightness and improve mobility. It is common to experience muscle soreness for a day or two following the session as your body adjusts and responds to the treatment. Acupressure massage;
involves applying manual pressure to specific points on the body to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall wellbeing. It is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, similar to acupuncture, but without needles. Your individual needs to remove ache and pains. It’s a mix of firm pressure on acupressure points and deeper trigger points, balancing the energy and top of a soothing body massage. Menopause therapeutic massage (with Aromatherapy);
offers a deeply nurturing experience, supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Through gentle, flowing strokes and precise acupressure techniques, this treatment helps restore balance, relieve tension, and enhance overall health and hormonal harmony. The essential oils choosen just for you for calming and soothing scents. Natural Lift Facial Massage and Myofascial Face Cupping;
work together to relax, sculpt, and brighten your skin. The massage improves circulation, reduces puffiness, softens lines, and relieves facial tension—leaving the skin looking fresh and lifted. Cupping lifts the fascia, boosts lymphatic flow, and enhances contour around the cheekbones and jaw. Together, they support collagen, improve nutrient delivery, and encourage a radiant, healthy complexion—all while offering a calming, holistic experience. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD);
is a gentle, structured therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system to promote fluid movement, reduce swelling, and support immune function. Treatment begins with the torso, focusing on key areas including the neck, armpits, thoracic duct, and groin, to ensure the body’s main drainage pathways are open. From there, lymph is guided from the limbs back toward the centre. MLD is especially beneficial for lymphoedema, chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions. This methodical approach is beneficial for anyone seeking to support their lymphatic health and improving their overall wellbeing. No oils or other mediums are used. Pre and Post Op Surgery Manual Lymphatic Drainage including Plastic Surgery MLD;
Pre-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage typically begins 1 to 3 weeks before surgery. This early start helps prepare the body by reducing fluid retention, clearing toxins, and calming inflammation, creating an optimal internal environment for healing. It also promotes relaxation and boosts immune readiness, making the body more resilient for the upcoming procedure. Post Surgical MLD uses ultra-light pressure to avoid disturbing healing tissues, sutures, or drains. It starts soon after surgery and is done more frequently to manage swelling and speed recovery. Unlike full-body MLD, it’s targeted to the surgical area, following specific lymph pathways.
