What might happen when you practise yoga together?

Using shared weight, balance and support to explore shapes you wouldn’t find alone.
You might lean on someone else.
Literally and metaphorically. Finding trust through simple, supported movement.
You might laugh more than you expect.
As any initial awkwardness softens and connection takes over.
And you might leave feeling lighter.
More open, more connected, and a little less alone in your practice.
This Valentine’s season, we’re widening the definition of love. This partner yoga workshop isn’t about couples only. It’s about connection in all its forms. Friendship, community, shared presence, and moving in relationship with another human.
Come with a partner, a friend, a family member, a studio buddy, or come on your own! You do not need to bring a partner. We will pair you up with care.
The practice will be slow, grounding and accessible, with supportive postures, assisted stretches and playful partner balances. No yoga experience needed. No pressure. Just humans practising yoga together.
