Challenges come in many different ways. Sometimes it’s the weather, sometimes multiple dietary restrictions and sometimes there are both but the rain eventually stopped, wind calmed down and the guests were delighted with the venue and hospitality.

Thank you to the staff at Dunollie Museum, Castle and Grounds for their help with serving up wedding meal designed around seasonal and locally sourced ingredients with drinks pairing to complement each course.
