I’ve been practicing Reiki for nearly 10 years, but last month I finally took the plunge + invested in my Advanced Reiki Masters training. ✨

This deeper understanding has played an important role in my Reiki journey + has just intensified my passion for energy healing. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from including Reiki in their self care routine.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately … and much slower at replying to your messages.

The truth is, I’ve been feeling pretty overwhelmed recently by social media + all of the admin that comes with running a small business.
I have such a love-hate relationship with my phone + sometimes I just NEED to put it on Do Not Disturb, to quieten my mind and create a little headspace.

If you’ve been waiting on a reply or wondering why things have been a bit quieter, please know that it’s not from a lack of care. I still absolutely love my work + care so deeply about my clients - I’ve just been taking a breather and trying to protect my own energy.

I’m so grateful to be the owner of a successful small business, but it can feel all consuming at times.
I’m only human, so I’ve had to remind myself to slow down + prioritise my own wellness.

I’m gradually finding my balance again, but I just wanted to be honest with you all.🤎

After a lovely 2 week break, I’m easing back into work tomorrow.

I'm Hollie, owner of The Olive Escape.

I’m a fully qualified and insured ITEC approved Massage Therapist, running my home based business in Fife. I'm hugely passionate about health and wellbeing and I'm keen to educate my clients on the importance of self-care and positive mental health. Taking some time out to yourself really is vital and can make you the best version of yourself once refreshed and relaxed.

My aim is to make a difference to every client that visits me, whether that be by reducing their stress levels, easing their pain or by simply boosting their confidence with some beauty treatments.
