IT’S HERE!!!
I am SO excited to share my Calm Christmas Advent with you all 🤶
Ironically, the lead up to Christmas can bring many stresses & tensions. So I’ll be releasing a tidbit of calming energy everyday, to keep you grounded through the festive season ☺️
For Day One, we’re focusing on our Dirgha Pranayama (3-Part Breath). Here’s out to do it:
1. Place your hands to your belly, below the navel, & guide your breath into your hands
2. Bring your hands up to your ribs, breathe here
3. Raise your hands to your heart & take a big breath here
Now, you can do as many breaths as you need in each section. If you would like to spice it up, you can play with one big inhale, filling up the belly, then the ribs, then the heart. Followed by a complete exhale, dropping the heart, then drawing the ribs in & pulling the belly back.
