🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️Preparing for my return to teaching the evening sessions tonight. My first Wednesday evening Pregnancy and Restorative classes since my accident in the summer. Feeling very excited to see everyone and finally meet the new pregnancy class cohort! We will have the heating on, gentle tunes playing and some warming essential oils to keep us cosy.

✨ New ✨: Final Trimester Pregnancy Yoga and birth prep classes. 6 week course starting next week, drop in sessions also available. Classes held Thursday mornings 9.30-10.30am at Awesome Studios, Teddington
The final trimester of pregnancy is the time to slow down and rest. In these nurturing sessions we move slowly through comforting sequences, practice calming breathing exercises and end with a deep, restful, cosy relaxation - complete with soft blankets and eye pillows 😌The course ends with a birth prep class to equip you with invaluable breathing and positioning techniques for a more comfortable, calm birth.

Mother and Baby Yoga will recommence from Thursday 6th November 10.45-11.45am at Awesome Studios in Teddington. You can book a 6 week course or book weekly sessions, whatever works best for you.

Absence update:
Sorry for not being available to teach our regular Pregnancy, Postnatal and Restorative Yoga classes in Teddington this term. Whilst riding in France my horse was spooked by a dog running in to the arena, I was thrown off and fractured 2 vertebrae. After a lovely day at Royan Hospital (who were amazing- apart from their English “you have 2 broken backs”) and a long 12 hour Ambulance ride back to Teddington, I have spent the last 6 weeks recovering- in the spare room, with the dog for company🐶!
I feel very lucky to be on my way to making a full recovery, and so grateful for all the kindness and care during my convalescence. Having to take it easy for the foreseeable future but with the help of the wonderful kindly covering my classes to date, I hope to be able to return to teaching again soon. I will ease my way back in starting with a few classes per week and is continuing to cover Wednesday evening classes. A full timetable should be in place from November. Thanks to all my lovely clients, old and new for all your support and love. No more horsing around for me for a while!!
