Happy solstice everyone. It was much milder than this today but a beautiful gentle walk again today with the dog, now cooking a winter evening pie and planning an evening of self care (bubble bath by candlelight) and reflection. A drop of essential oil to evoke the smell of the forest and a good nights sleep. How has your solstice been?

Having a slow morning drinking tea and cuddling before going to my day job at 11

An important part of a forest bathing session is the tea ceremony at the end. It allows us time to reflect over a nice cup of tea. We use locally foraged herbs wherever possible. This video is a lovely way of describing the benefits of natural herbs used for tea and is just very cute! (We also keep a stash of good old Yorkshire Tea) 🤩
