The name Rooted Codes was born right in the heart of this session.

As I immersed myself in the experience, something deep within whispered that it was time for a change a new season in my journey.

What emerged was Rooted Codes because the insights, or “codes,” that flow through this session are truly profound for your nervous system.

Each moment is designed to release tension, restore balance, and awaken your body’s natural energy flow.

My 💚 is SO Full
A Walk Into Stillness

Today I stepped away from the noise, the hurried footsteps of the world too heavy, too loud.

I retreated into the forest, where branches cradle the sky and the earth holds me close, like a soft embrace.

With each breath, the clutter fell away until only silence, birdsong, and the pulse of the land remained.

What began as a slow walk unfolded into abundance: elderberries, blackberries, nettles and sloe, each gift reminding me I am part of this harvest, too.

I gathered acorns, leaves, small treasures of the season, and with them built a simple altar, an offering to the land that nourishes, that whispers, that teaches me to listen.

The sun warmed my skin, the air carried gratitude through me, and I felt joy bloom like wildflowers in an open field.

Today I am recharged, grateful, blessed held by the earth, rooted in her stillness, alive in her abundance. 💚xx

As I stare out into the ocean,
my feet sink into the warm sand,
the wind brushes gently against my skin and hair.
I feel grounded connected to the land.

The smell of salt and sea,
the sound of waves rolling in,
and the distant calls of seabirds…

All my senses are alive here.
Gratitude rises,
for all of this,
for all that is.

Step into a cosy, welcoming space infused with the beauty of autumn.
Surrounded by nature’s colours, gentle lights, and warm blankets, we’ll gather in honor of the Autumn Equinox.

This is a time to slow down, share stories, connect with like-minded women, and remember you are not alone.

Together, we’ll celebrate the turning of the season in an intimate setting.

Midweek wellness hits different when the Sea and Sauna are involved 🌊🔥

Sweat & Glow: Wednesday Edition ✨ 
Yesterday morning was all about catching that midweek warmth a beachside sauna session followed by a few energizing dips in the sea 🌊

Stepping into the sauna felt like a breath of fresh air.

My body softened, my mind stilled, and all that remained was a quiet sigh of joy.

Then came the sea crisp, bracing, and utterly refreshing. The contrast amplified the calm, and I walked away feeling fully reset.

These little wellness sessions are my way of checking in with myself.

Simple, Powerful, and Sacred.
