Well hello everyone!

It’s been a while since I made an appearance here!

A little thank you to several clients and friends who dropped me a message over the winter months.
I took a bit of a break from several parts of social media to focus a little more on my health and wellness.

If I may be candid, there was so much to celebrate in the darker months; spending time with family and friends, catching up with clients, and of course the big one, getting married! 💍

But I’ve also had my own struggles with the dark and dampness - trying to build better habits for myself, struggling with my own sense of self, trying follow the guidance I offer my clients and navigating an incredibly busy and overwhelming schedule at a time traditionally used for rest and recharge.
It all just meant it’s been difficult to keep a focus.

However, there is SO much I’m looking forward to this year and I’m feeling ready to take on 2026 now - I will be much more active over on my instagram but will be continuing to update this page with events and posts. Anyone reaching out to enquire about sessions please do. I’ve seen so many returning clients over the winter, I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone else soon!

The first day of 2026 and what a glorious morning it is!

Last year saw me take time away from posting on my socials and stopping certain group sessions as I focused on supporting many of my individual clients through their journeys. This line of work often means I need to shift focus, manage my time and be honest with my own capacity for helping others.

2026 provides so much time and potential - so please bear with me a little longer.
Beach Meditation Groups will return, along with group blue mind sessions, coaching, therapy, readings and more.

What a great year working with incredible people.
I am immensely proud of the work you've all put towards riding the waves of life!

Some huge lightbulb moments, some boundaries to break down and build, and so much investing in yourselves.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, every night from tomorrow is a little bit shorter and the days begin to take back time. The light is returning.

🌅Meditation update🌅

Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to cancel tomorrow’s sunrise meditation circle as I am not very well 😢

I was very much looking forward to celebrating the solstice with you and I may try to get out for a sneak at sunrise but it wouldn’t be fair on me or the group to continue.

There are several solstice celebrations such as yoga, wild swims and sauna sessions available from local businesses tomorrow too so please drop me a message and I can point you to these
