Had the best moring today. Rare to take a bit of time for myself so i induled in going for a run and a sea swim. Totally forgot to take any action pics was caught up on the moment but here i am post swim. Goodbye Winter cobwebs hello sunshine !! Time for ourselves is SO important xx

I went to see one of my new treatment rooms today. There are three in total. The others were in use so I dress this one up to show you what it looks like ready for a treatment. It really is SO peaceful in there. So this is where I will be on Fridays and Saturdays from now on. My treatment room in The Fountain for Health 🥰

So very excited to announce that I have a new venue to treat from. From next Friday and Saturday I will be able to offer Deep Tissue, Remedial and Swedish Massage from the ever so peaceful rooms in The Fountain of Health. I will still be available from Strandz for the next few weeks until the change over is complete. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Strandz they are a fantastic and talented bunch. It will be sad to say goodbye. Louise Hartin you are an absolute gem of a woman! x
