She is also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and has extensive NHS and post graduate experience including being qualified to provide western medical acupuncture.

With 18 years post graduate clinical experience and training, Jess can help with sports injuries, sprains and strains, post op rehab, more chronic problems, whiplash, running analysis and rehab, neck, back, hip, knee, ankle and foot problems, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand problems.
Jess prides herself on excellent customer service to the highest possible professional standards to ensure best care, advice and support during your time with her.
Her focus is on recovery from your symptoms and return to your normal levels of activities as quickly as possible: whether that is walking the dog round the block or, return to competitive sports.
Treatment will always include rehabilitative exercises for you to do at home or at the gym,
like strength and mobility work. She keeps it simple to help you stay focussed and on track with your goals. Simple does not mean easy, though!
