New Calm Café for those aged 18–25 !!

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new Calm Café, created in partnership with A Better Tomorrow and Telford & Wrekin Council.

This safe, welcoming space is here to support anyone aged 18–25 who find themselves in crisis or require support for their mental health or emotional wellbeing.

Our team can help you explore coping mechanisms and access further services or referrals if needed.

As part of World Su***de Prevention Day, Telford Mind is proud to contribute to raising awareness and offering hope to those affected by su***de. The organisation will be showcasing a range of its services at our World Su***de Prevention Day event on Saturday 13 September, including Calm Cafes, Social Prescribing, Listening Support, and the Su***de Bereavement Service - all designed to provide essential support for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or coping with the loss of a loved one.

Telford Mind’s involvement reflects its ongoing commitment to reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, and ensuring that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
