🚨 What to Do If Someone’s Choking 🚨

1️⃣ Tell them to cough – they might clear it themselves.
2️⃣ Give up to five back blows – hit firmly between the shoulder blades.
3️⃣ Give up to five abdominal thrusts – pull inwards and upwards above the belly button.
4️⃣ Still choking? Call 999 and keep alternating back blows and thrusts.
If they become unresponsive, start CPR.
