We are recruiting for caring in nature, dedicated and dependable care assistants/ support workers to work with individuals in supported living accommodation.
We offer one to two weeks in advance bookings, flexible shift patterns and high minimum rate of pay .
Your role:
Provide personal care for residents
To encourage independence
Involvement with social activities and entertainment
To ensure each resident has the best quality of life
This is a temporary to permanent position for right candidate.
Requirements:
🔴Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
🔵Provide two references
🔴6 months care experience
🔵In date mandatory training certificates ( we can assist with up to date mandatory training)
🔴Good level of English (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure not only by yourself but as part of a team
