Jo and the Team at Barclay are doing an amazing job and to see the smiles on the faces of the lovely residents at Barclay Gardens is a joy

Today was all about fitness!

Fit4All provide such a great service to our residents and the training to enable staff to support the residents safely ❤️

We had seen an improvement in our residents mobility and strength over these past few months.

Fabulous Fit4All Morning!

Keeping our residents moving is important.

This online exercise class helps to prevent falls, build muscle mass and to retain muscle mass.

We have a laugh whilst working out. It’s a great way of residents socialising with other homes ‘on screen’ too!
