We had such a fabulous time at the Sunday Reset: Guided Meditation and Laughter Therapy yesterday! Everyone who came brought such positive vibes and high energy to the session! We had so much fun!

I have been really careful choosing the photos, so there are no spoilers for next time! 😂😂 Lots of people wanted to come and couldn't make it yesterday, but fear not! I am hoping to be holding regular group sessions for Laughter Therapy and Reiki in the new year. The only thing missing is YOU! 😂😂 🥰🥰 So keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events!

🧙‍♀️🎃 Happy Halloween! 🧙‍♀️🎃

Before it was a night of costumes and carved pumpkins, Halloween was known as Samhain — the Celtic festival that marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter’s rest. 🧡

It was believed that on this night, the veil between worlds grew thin, allowing souls — both loved and lost — to draw near.

Fires were lit not out of fear, but out of remembrance — guiding spirits home and honouring the eternal circle of life, death, and rebirth. 🧙‍♀️🎃

Though time has transformed its name, the essence remains: a moment to release the old, honour our ancestors, and welcome the wisdom of the dark — for even in shadow, the spirit glows. ✨ 🧡
