Resistance Band Workshop 💪

31st January 10am - 11am at the Telford Tennis Centre in Oakengates.

It will be ideal for runners and sports people of all levels who wish to improve the strength of their hips and glutes with the aim of reducing the risk of injury and improving running efficiency.

The cost is £15 per person, which includes an individual resistance band.
