With limited support available, I felt driven to do more.

I trained and qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for pre and post-operative care to help support others through their healing journey.

With approval from your consultant, this gentle, relaxing treatment can help reduce swelling and support recovery 💧

If you've recently taken up a new sport, or getting more active and your muscles are feeling it. I can help you. Being professionally trained in both Swedish and Sports massage, I understand the importance of making you feel relaxed during your treatment. You won't get a hard, cling covered couch and clinical lighting. You'll get a comfy, heated couch and soft lighting. Because when you relax, your muscles release quicker.

HEADS UP!
Its not ideal I know, and I've put this off for a while... but I'm afraid some of my prices are going to increase at the end of April. I use good quality products and regularly update the towels and bedding which make you comfy and cosy. And I want to keep that quality. I really hope my lovely regulars will understand. It's not a decision I've made lightly. But I have to cover costs. I'll post a new price list nearer the time.

If you book in before April for a massage before July, I'll honour the current price. 🙇‍♂️
