With us you can reduce classroom time by completing an e-learning course before practical course delivery, and still achieve full qualifications, including FIRST AID!

With blended learning the practical course durations are:
Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) - 4 hours
Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) - 2 days
Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF) - 3 hours
Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling (RQF) - 3 hours

You do not have to complete the entire e-learning course in one sitting, you can log in and complete the course in your own time in a number of short sessions if preferred.

COVID-19 Update: Rescue Breaths in Adult CPR Training.
A temporary agreement has been made to allow first aid course candidates to demonstrate chest compressions only for adult resuscitation (CPR without rescue breaths). This will not affect the validity or duration of certification, however, attendance on annual refresher training is strongly recommended. Contact us for full information on this.
