A holistic therapy practice in Lawley Village, Telford, specialising in womens massage, health and wellness. I’m Janine, a fully qualified Holistic Therapy Practitioner of over 10 years, with comprehensive client and practitioner insurance and accreditation with The Guild of Holistic Therapists.

I specialise in womens massage, health and wellbeing. I recognised during my years as a Massage Therapist that wellbeing is intrinsically linked to our mental health, our physical body, and how we feel about ourselves as women. I trained further as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser, Meditation Teacher and Pilates Teacher (click here to see about Holistic Health Coaching) to add to my massage skills and help my clients feel more alive and vibrant. I also have a huge love of the benefits of Yoga and balance in life.

Connection matters. Strong ties with family, friends, community reinforces our own personal levels of happiness. We experience a sense of belonging and a sense of purpose. If we neglect our need to connect and isolate ourselves it actually puts our health at risk as it is a contributing factor to anxiety and depression.

But striking a balance can be a challenge. I’m an introvert but do a very extroverted job which I love! That means when I am with lots of people, or see lots of people in a day and ‘pour out’ I then have to retreat and top up my ‘alone time’ to refuel. But an extrovert usually thrives on being around people and can find alone time detrimental. So the balance needs to be just right.
