Nature Babies is a beautiful relaxed class outdoors in nature. It takes place in the stunning grounds of Lilleshall Hall, a hidden gem with plenty of parking and the bonus of a cafe too!

Come along to connect with your baby, yourself and other parents. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the nature sounds, watch the birds, bees and butterflies and take some time out of the hustle and bustle.

Join me on a Monday morning 10-11am. Introductory price of £5 per unit (you and your child/children). Currently for children under 5. 10 spaces available amd they tend to get booked quite fast so grab one whilst you can!

Can't make the 12th then worry not as this will be opening up for every Monday until the Christmas holidays (apart from half term). I'll be adding the chance to book for a half term set of sessions asap.

National Homebirth Day

So today is national homebirth day and I thought I'd share one of my favourite photos.

When I look at this photo it brings back so many feelings. I had such an amazing home water birth with Martha and fantastic midwives. I feel so lucky to have experienced a birth like that. It was just so nice to get in to my own bed afterwards and snuggle her and feel so relaxed and happy. I was definitely in a wonderful oxytocin bubble and the oxytocin always comes rushing back when I look at this image.

I get really excited when clients plan a homebirth as I know just how amazing they can be and I always hope that they have a great experience like I did.

My Hypnobirthing skills came into play all the way through from first twinges to catching her in my hands and bringing her out of the water to meet us all. It's hard to believe this is almost 10 years ago but the memories of it are like yesterday!

Don't forget though that Hypnobirthing is for all types of births whether that's one like mine above, to an abdominal birth, induction, the list goes on.

🎉HAPPY WORLD HYPNOBIRTHING DAY🎉 a day late! Oops.
Three babies, all born in different situations but all by using Hypnobirthing techniques and a bit of gas and air! 1 born in Shrewsbury hospital after an ambulance transfer from Wrekin MLU, 1 born in water at home and 1 born in Telford hospital.
It's 12 years now since I discovered Hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with Seth. I knew it was amazing then but I didn't realise then just how much of an impact it would have on my life and that I would be teaching couples just like us 12 years on!
So happy world Hypnobirthing day everyone. Also, those skills still come in useful now for Dentist trips, smear tests, sick children the list goes on. Now more than ever we are needing those calming breaths and relaxation to help us get through this tough time. So please do contact me to have a chat about how I can support you. All my classes are currently virtual but all done live via zoom so very interactive. That connection is so important xx

Spring Baby Massage Workshop

Come and join me for this fabulous workshop to celebrate Spring.

We will do some spring-focused baby massage where you can learn some key strokes to repeat with your baby. Baby massage is such a lovely way to connect with your baby and adding the happy and hopeful spring aspect will just add even more to the wonderful bonding experience.

We will also make some Spring/Easter cards and a spring-themed keepsake for you to take away and keep for yourself or to give to a loved one. Such a great way to capture a special memory.

There will also be an opportunity for a Spring photograph against a backdrop.

Explore some spring-themed sensory stations. These will be different materials and textures, not messy play!

Then to finish, a cuppa and a biscuit or two or three and a chance to chill, chat and connect.

So if your baby is 6 weeks (signed off by the Dr) to crawling age and this sounds like it's for you then book your ticket.

Attingham Park's Mile Walk is fairly pushchair/pram friendly, definitely great for a sling and can be muddy in places.
