We believe that by working closely with you, we can offer a bespoke treatment designed to meet your individual needs and lifestyle; making sure you get the best from your therapy session. Therapies available include massage to induce relaxation and aid stress release; energy healing using Reiki to balance the body and mind; and Aura Soma, a non-intrusive, self-selective colour system. Today, 21st September, we celebrate World Gratitude Day. Trying showing gratitude to everybody you meet today and let them know it's World Gratitude Day. A little bit of gratitude can go a very long way and research shows that it is actually good for your health! List one thing that you are grateful for today or how you can practice gratitude to others! Personally, I’m grateful for the ‘I love you’ from my grandson this morning – made my day! Some days I even get a lovely hand heart sign!

As part of Children's Mental Health Week I am delighted to be joining with Meeting Point House in Telford to deliver a Time2B Creative Mindfulness workshop this Thursday 10th February 2022, from 4-6pm for children aged 9–13 years.
The session will combine the art of crafting, movement and other activities in a mindful way.
Comments from previous Time2B participants include:
‘The sessions were amazing, you will enjoy it. It helped me a lot and was not hard to understand’.
‘It gave me great ideas to calm from being stressed in ways that work’
