๐Ÿ“… When: Every Tuesday Evening, 8pm
๐Ÿ’ช Who: ALL abilities welcome from complete beginners to advanced runners.

โœ… Targeted workouts to improve speed, stamina & fitness to help maximise performance
โœ… HYROX drills to develop race specific strength & endurance

Amazing work from this young athlete that Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of coaching the past 6 months. Sheโ€™s gone from strength to strength in her training, oozing confidence & ability. Today part of a team of 4 she won the Shropshire quad league junior golf championships and is now into the national championships. An amazing achievement & well deserved! Well done! ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐ŸŒ๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธโ›ณ๏ธ
