What are your Wins, Worries & Wishes???

This is a great exercise as a weekly reflection or self check in.

Celebrate those wins….. how can you do this?

Share your worries…. Or look at what you can control and what is out of your control.
What can you proactively do to reduce these???

I often get clients to pass a pen back and forth from left hand to right hand, making sure you swop hands at the centre of your body. Then take your hands wide. This simple exercise keeps the logical side of the brain active and can help make decisions without anxiety taking you on a roller coaster ride!

What are your wishes???

To take a break?
To be more mindful?

The lovely Kate who works here is currently completing her level 3 Emotional literacy mentor qualification and needs to complete some practice hours.

We are looking for children between 6-12yrs who need support with understanding and regulating emotions

Or would benefit from self-esteem and confidence building

These sessions will be free of charge and would last for 30-45mins

Tuesday 3-4.30pm
Thursday 3-4.30pm
Fridays 3-4.30pm

We also have availability during half term on Thursday 9th 10-1

Easter holiday schedule filling up quickly!

The first week we have 2 spaces:
Thursday 2nd 11-12- 6-8yrs
£25 each

Easter Monday is the fun afternoon 2-4pm £7
We have 8 spaces left!

We will be making bunny masks, decorating cookies, getting creative then bouncing our way around the obstacle course to collect a prize 🐰

The second week we have 1 space left for pony care:
Thursday 9th 2-4pm over 8yrs £25 each

Friday 10th 2-3pm we have a young man age 8 who would love another pony mad boy to join him! Know anyone???

What did you get up to this weekend?

I had the best weekend!
I met up with my fellow coaches from Dandelion at the Conference in Crawley

We had a reunion meal the night before which was so good. We have kept in contact over the past 2-3yrs and support each other on our journeys but to get to hug them and truly catch up was just amazing 😍

Thankyou Katie for the wonderful cookie.
I am too busy cherishing it to eat it currently!!!

The Conference was amazing. To be in a room full of people who are passionate about supporting children’s mental health is so uplifting & empowering.

It’s a long long drive but next year I look forward to be able to take my growing team from Caspian as Kate & Sarah complete their training too ❤️

This weekend has been just what I needed to propel me forwards. With renewed energy and belief.

Treasure those moments…..
Hold those who build you up tightly….
Because together makes all the difference

Be it young or old, what’s age anyway!!!

If you’d like to do something a little bit different out in nature, we offer bespoke party packages to suit interests and budgets.

For the adults we can offer a pony mindfulness session, afternoon tea with the ponies, or maybe afternoon tea & a massage in the woodland??

For the children we have:
Teddy Bears Picnic
Clay woodland animals, mythical creatures, pinch pots & coasters or mobiles
Fairy doors and flower jars
Bug hunts & den building

Let us know if you have any other ideas as we love getting creative!

We try to make each one bespoke to the birthday person 🎈

In the past we have been creative with clay:
Making Mythical creatures, pinch pots and coasters, woodland animals, woodland mobiles….to give you an idea….

For the children we have done Teddy bears picnic, tea party with the ponies, bug hunting, den building, fairy doors and flower jars….. to name a few.

For the adults we have organised a surprise afternoon tea & massage.
Pebble painting and dream catchers….. give us an idea and we will do our best to make it special!

Prices vary depending on numbers and resources.

Children’s parties start from £195 for 12 children.
