Hello lovelies, having a well earned rest this week. Not sure we chose the right week with regard to weather but hey ho! Sometimes rainy days enforce a restful day, when we can be still and in the moment. Autumn is on the way but you can console yourself with the fact that Hot Stone Massage and Lava Shell treatments are back on the menu from the end of September!

Really busy here at The Well Being in Tenbury Wells. Thanks to word of mouth recommendations I often get calls from people wanting last minute appointments and unless I have a cancellation, I usually can't assist. I do get booked at least two or three weeks in advance, so if you're thinking of booking in please don't leave it till the last minute to try and book with me. My charges are increasing by £5 from the 1st September due to rising costs. I hate doing that but haven't increased my charges for a few years. Needs must.
