🎄✨Christmas sugar cookies
makes 20 gluten & dairy free, melt in ur mouth cookies🤤

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour (gf works too)
- 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Details
- in a small bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and salt (dry ingredients) & set aside
- Next, whisk together the sugar & butter until it’s creamy
- Crack in the egg & vanilla
- Then, add the dry ingredients
- Mix together until a dough has formed
- Leave the dough in the fridge for 60 mins to help the cookies keep shape & texture
- Then, on a floured surface roll out the dough so it’s slightly thick (1/4 inch)
- Use a cookie cutter to shape your cookies
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden @180 degrees

Let cool & sprinkle with icing sugar🎄🫶🏼

- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- coconut yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
- coconut or almond milk

Add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend & enjoy😋🍌🥥
