Wow! Look at the length of Tracy's hair now! You may remember Tracy Wakefield shaved her head on New Year's Eve and planned to grow it until this New Year's Eve then have it shaved again. Due to travel plans at New Year Tracy is now bringing the head shave forward a few days to a week but it's definitely coming off!

If you can donate to Tracy's fundraiser you can do so via her 3 event challenge link:

Any amount is very much appreciated!

Join OUCH (UK).

Our subscribed members, fundraisers and generous donors are vitally important to our charity. OUCH (UK) receives no government funding and relies on fundraising, membership subscriptions and donations to operate. The OUCH Advice Line is available free of charge and there is a wealth of information on our website with downloads available to print, plus access to read forum discussions.

You can help support OUCH with membership and fundraising events. Fundraising could be anything you like - a coffee morning, a climb, a run, an obstacle course, etc. You can create your own Personal Campaign Page on our website which means any funds raised come straight to OUCH.
The fundraiser fills in the details of their fundraising activity, funds target, optional thermometer, honour roll text, image etc.
If you are interested in taking part in an event to support OUCH, or have already registered for one, contact info@ouchuk.org for information/assistance to set up your Personal Campaign Page.
We are grateful for any funds raised so that we can continue running our Advice Line, keep our website updated, arrange conferences and print awareness booklets, leaflets and flyers. We hope to hear from some of you soon with your fundraising ideas.

You can join OUCH (UK) as a subscribed member for only £13 a year. There are members on the website forums who would love to hear from other sufferers 👍Join here:

Help Aaron Dodwell to raise funds in memory of his sister, Aneeka, who is remembered always in the cluster headache community. Here's his story:

Aaron's story.
I'm raising £800 to support the family of Andy McGuinness and to raise money for cluster headache awareness.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, I will withdraw funds directly. It's the most efficient way to donate and saves time and costs.

On Sunday October 5th I'll be running my first ever marathon in Chester. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time. I want to raise money for two reasons, I lost my sister 8 years ago she suffered with mental health and depression but she also suffered with cluster headaches. These headaches are called su***de headaches, the pain is absolutely horrific and eventually it gets too much to live with, I just want to raise more awareness.

I also want to raise money for the family of Andy McGuinness. Andy passed away on September 4th after a couragous battle in hospital. This was devastating for the family, a lad who had a passion for fitness, walking, hiking, running, swimming and cycling would make this marathon look easy, after all he was Mr Ironman. "Andy's dad, Paul, has asked that the money I raise will be donated to charities that are close to their family's heart, in Andy's memory." This will include Hafod ( mental health ) the ambulance service and the police. I also want them to keep some money to help with funeral arrangements but again this is up to the family.

When I lost my sister Paul and his family were always there for me, I struggled with mental health and gambling at the time and Paul was always there to help me when I needed it, I will never forget that and I just want to give something back now.

Thank you for reading my page. If you can donate anything it would mean the world to me.

Time to get my running trainers on and I'll run my heart out.

Thank you

Iʼm raising money to Support the family of Andy McGuinness and to raise money for cluster headache awareness. Support this JustGiving Crowdfunding Page.

Edward's 400k steps in October.

Edward Nesbitt has set up this fundraiser for next month - let's support his efforts:

"This October for my birthday month I will be aiming to walk 400,000 steps in order to raise some funds for OUCH UK. This charity offers free advice and help for people who have been diagnosed or may need help regarding Cluster Headaches. The main purpose of this is to raise essential funds and also raise awareness for this cause. Any donation big or small will be helpful towards my target. Thank you for reading this and please if you can't donate a share will go a long way."
