OUCH UK is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team in two vital roles:

📞 Advice Line Volunteers: Be a friendly, informed voice at the end of the phone for those navigating the pain and isolation of cluster headaches. (Full training provided!)

💰 Treasury Support: Help us keep the lights on! We need someone with a keen eye for detail to assist with our basic financial administration and record-keeping.

Whether you are a sufferer, a supporter, or simply someone who wants to help a small charity with a big heart, we would love to hear from you.

Frederick's Cake Bake raised £500!!!! This is a wonderful help towards current expenses with arrangements for our annual conference and extra awareness printing. Thanks so much to all involved!

This week, S5 pupil Frederick is shining a light on cluster headaches by sharing their experience on the National Migraine Centre’s Heads Up Podcast. 💙

Diagnosed at just 11, Frederick speaks openly about living with one of the most painful conditions known to medicine and the impact it can have on everyday life.

🎧 Frederick’s episode airs tomorrow, where they speak with Dr Katy Munro alongside their mum, Rachael, OUCH UK’s (Organisation for the Understanding of Cluster Headaches UK) Officer for Children and Young People, about growing up with the condition, navigating school and finding the right support.

Frederick is also supporting OUCH UK with a bake sale in school this Friday - please bring along a sweet treat or come and buy one, with all proceeds going to the charity!
