When we say everything under one roof - this is what we mean.

If pain has been bothering you, the last thing you need is to be sent from place to place looking for answers. At Tenby Health, you can access services that are often spread across different clinics, all in one place - expert consultation, hands-on treatment, personalised rehab plans, diagnostic ultrasound, shockwave therapy and chiropractic care.

This means we can look at the bigger picture, help you understand what may be causing the problem, and guide you towards the right next steps.

So instead of long waits and endless referrals, you can speak to an expert who helps guide your next steps with a plan tailored to you.

Initial consultations begin at £65. Book today at tenbyhealth.co.uk

Tight back, stubborn knots, recurring muscle tension?

We often use sports massage techniques here at Tenby Health - but if the problem keeps coming back, it may need a different approach. Radial shockwave therapy is used to help stimulate irritated muscle and tendon tissue, and may help improve pain and support recovery over time.

If you feel like you’re always needing another massage, it might be time to look a bit deeper into what’s driving it.

DM Tenby Health to find out if it’s right for you.

Honestly? Whatever you feel comfortable in.

You might be asked to move around a bit, so something easy to move in helps.

If we need to look at an area, we’ll just guide you through it.

We know coming to an appointment can feel a bit nerve-wracking - we’ll make it as easy and comfortable as possible.

And if you’ve got any questions or worries before you come in, just ask 👍

In many cases, ultrasound allows us to actually see what is happening inside the area that is bothering you.

Muscles, tendons, ligaments, swelling, and joint fluid can all be assessed in real time - even as the area moves.

So rather than relying on symptoms alone, we can take a closer look at what is really going on.

That means your treatment can be more specific and more individualised, whether that involves hands-on care, shockwave therapy, or rehabilitation.

For the right type of problem, it allows us to base treatment on what is actually there, not just what it might be.

It is a big part of what makes Tenby Health different.

More clarity. More confidence. A plan built around you.

If your back's been feeling a little stiff, tight or just a bit "off"… this one's worth a try.

It's a simple seated rotation we often recommend to help ease that tension and get things moving again.

No equipment, no fuss - just a gentle twist each side.

Try it now, then come back and tell us how it felt 👇

We hope everyone has had a wonderful Easter! We've loved soaking up some precious family time over the break, including a visit to Manor House Wildlife Park! 🐣 The clinic reopens next week and we're already nearly fully booked, with just 4 follow-up appointment spaces remaining. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon!

It’s not a scary gym, promise.

It’s just simple, guided exercises that actually make sense for your body.

Sometimes people need a scan to figure out what’s going on.
Sometimes it’s treatment like shockwave.
Sometimes it’s building things back up a bit - using the gym space in a way that actually feels manageable.

Sometimes it’s a mix of all of it.

And the exercises can be really small by the way - it’s not all big workouts.

It’s just about doing the right things, at the right time, with someone there to guide you. And with Ben’s expert background in rehab and strength training, everything’s tailored - not just guessed.

...said no one at Tenby Health, ever.
Honestly? There are no stupid questions here.

The "I don't know if this is even relevant..." ones? Those are often the most useful. They're the details that help us piece together what's really going on.

The fuller the picture you give us, the better we can help you.

You don't need the right words or a perfect explanation. Just show up and we will take it from there.

You're not wasting our time. We're genuinely interested in you, and in getting you the right help.If it's on your mind, it's worth saying out loud.

What kind of pain can radial shockwave actually help with?

Not just backs 👀
It's designed for tight, overworked muscles anywhere in the body:

shoulders that always feel tense,
aching glutes,
tight calves that never quite loosen,
or a back that feels stiff, tight or hard to move.

If it feels heavy, knotty, or like stretching never quite sorts it… that's usually muscular, and that's where this works best.

At Tenby Health we use radial shockwave alongside hands-on treatment and rehab to help those muscles relax and move more freely again.

(Got a tendon problem - plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, tennis elbow? We use focused shockwave for that. Same technology, different application, built for tendons.)
