We are sad to let you know that BodyDesign studio is permanently closed as of 1st of June 2023. Due to change in personal circumstances, I am unfortunately unable to run the studio the way I used to. Covid and recent cost of living crisis have also played their role in decision making as running studio as a business has become financially unviable.

I would like to thank all my clients who have supported me and my business through all these years. A lot of my clients have become really good friends and seeing you regularly is the thing I will miss the most 💔. I am really grateful for being given an opportunity to do what I love in life in the last four and a half years. I know that we were able to help a lot of people not with just loosing weight or inches as it’s not the most important thing, but with gaining their confidence back, with feeling a better version of themselves, for some with dealing with certain health conditions and pain management. Knowing that I made some difference in people’s life makes my heart full and my mission complete for now. It had been an amazing life experience and for that I will be forever grateful to you all ❤️

It’s not all bad news though as for infrared light bodywrap lovers this treatment will be available from end of June at .9beautylounge with many other wonderful treatments their offer.

And we wrap up the year with 3 weeks ( 12 sessions ) results. Half a stone of weightloss, 3% reduction in body fat, reduction in visceral fat. We changed client’s diet, included more protein, good fats and fibre. Client struggled with sugar cravings. We managed to correct it and client feels fuller for longer, has more energy and doesn’t crave sugary treats at all. Great start 🙌🏻

8 weeks results 👏👏…most importantly there is a drop in body fat from over fat to healthy, decrease of metabolic age and reduction of visceral fat. Inchloss and slight weight loss. Not just lighter and more toned but healthier body overall ☺️…Great results 👏👏👏
