✨ Sunset Frequencies ✨
There’s a special kind of magic that comes with age, a glow that isn’t taught, bought, or borrowed.
☀️
Tonight, as the sun slid into the horizon, I stood in its molten gold with my tuning forks singing in my hands. Their vibrations shimmered through the warm air, weaving light, sound, and intention into something almost otherworldly.
☀️
Tuning forks aren’t just instruments….they’re portals.
When they ring, they call your energy back home.
☀️
They soothe the nervous system, awaken the subtle body, and invite every cell to remember its original harmony.
In their tones, I feel the body recalibrate… the heart soften… the spirit rise.
☀️
At 60 this work feels even more sacred.
Because age doesn’t diminish our power, it deepens it.
Every year adds another layer of wisdom, intuition, and soulful resonance.
☀️
Here’s to women over 60 who show up in bikinis, in truth, in freedom, and in full alignment.
👏
Women whose presence hums with lived experience.
☀️
Women who understand that healing is not just something you receive — it’s something you embody.💖
May we continue tuning ourselves to frequencies of joy, vitality, and luminous self-acceptance.
May every sunset be a ceremony of remembering

✨ Pure Rest & Peace ✨

Last night was such a beautiful evening of deep nourishment, gentle somatic movement, mindful breathwork, soft yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the healing resonance of the alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Together, we created a space of stillness, release, and pure peace,
💜
"When you rest deeply, the world within you softens into silence."
💜
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me for this Trinity of Healing at Beckford Village Hall, especially those who travelled all the way from Birmingham (got stuck traffic on the motorway) but was still there on time.✨

Sending love and healing to those who couldn’t make it due to illness, you were with us in spirit. 🌙

I’m so looking forward to gathering again in December for our final session before Christmas, a time to rest, reset, and return to stillness before the year ends.

🌿 Erth 🤍 Five Days of Healing 🌿
The last few photos say it all… what a wonderful five days of healing, laughter, tears, connection, freedom, and deep relaxation.
🤍
We gathered in this sacred space on the peninsula, a place where nature wraps around you completely. A sanctuary surrounded by whispering trees and open sky, where deer moved quietly through the mornings, herons glided across the water, and owls sang to us in the night. Rabbits darted through the grass, and the air was filled with the songs of countless birds.
🦉
Here, we let go. We laughed until our cheeks hurt, cried when the heart needed to release, and held each other in the beauty of just being. The land itself seemed to breathe with us, holding, guiding, healing.

Feeling deeply grateful for the magic of this space, for everyone who shared it, and for the gentle reminder that nature always knows how to bring us back to ourselves. 🌾💫

Still feeling ecstatic about my last Wellness and healing retreat with Spinal Flow technique held in Cornwall.

After every retreat we say “that one was the best” but this one just was.❤️‍🩹
Such a beautiful group of souls gathered to trust me in leading them to release, heal, grieve, to learn, to laugh to trust, cry and to let go in any way they felt they could with our support. It was just beautiful🤍
❤️‍🩹
The releases from these amazing souls, were just so humbling to witness. From a group of strangers a sisterhood grew, each and everyone holding space for each other, my heart at times felt like it was going to explode and the energies I felt, were like nothing I’ve ever felt before!

A couple of days in Dartmoor celebrating Mr Ds birthday was just what was needed. The colours and the earthy smell of Autumn made my soul dance, not to mention the freezing cold water!!

🌿 Erth retreat Oct 2025🌿
I’m still filled with the beautiful energy and love from our recent retreat at Erth, the connection, compassion, and the shared kindness continue to ripple through me.

Women came from all walks of life, each carrying their own stories, challenges, and hopes.
Together, we created something truly magical, offering support when it was needed, space when it wasn’t, and allowing so much healing and so much release to unfold.

Though we arrived as individuals, we left as sisters. The friendships formed and the sisterhood created will last a lifetime, bound by love, trust, and understanding in the most peaceful of surroundings. 💞

I’m beyond grateful to have witnessed so much warmth, growth, and transformation — and it fills me with such joy to know that many of you have already booked to join us for our next retreat in May.

Feeling so grateful after our recent Healing & Wellness Retreat, a truly transformative few days filled with Spinal Flow Technique, gentle yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, and moments of deep rest and reflection.

Held in the most magical place — an old monastery surrounded by the river, embraced by nature’s beauty. The views, the energy, and the people made it an experience of pure nourishment for body, mind, and soul. 💚

The trauma released was huge, passed stress released in every way possible

I am totally overwhelmed by the beautiful comments from those who shared this journey with me and my team.

✨ Back at ERTH (part1) our autumn sanctuary of healing 🍂
Car loaded, hearts open — back to this magical peninsula for our second autumn retreat at ERTH.
🌺
There’s something about this place… surrounded by estuary, and countryside, away from everything and everybody, where the colours of autumn wrap you in warmth and peace.
A land of deep nurture and deep healing❤️‍🩹
These five days were something truly special. A beautiful sisterhood gathered — each person bringing their own light, their openness, and their care.
Together we shared gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin yoga, Somatic’s,Somatic Yoga, meditation, breath-work, yoga nidra, sound healing.
✨
Three session of Spinal Flow Technique each per day, for deep emotional and physical release and so much more.
The connection, the laughter, the moments of release… it was all pure magic. 🌿
Such a beautiful group of souls, it’s no coincidence, that we/they were drawn together to heal, and to hold space for each other. 🌹
