First week on home soil 🇿🇦 🫶🏻 it’s been busy!

Ironman 70.3 Mossel Bay ✅
Toasty day with an angry hamstring, but she’s done ☀️🌊🐢

Catch ups with aunties, uncles and cousins we’ve not seen in years and spending some good quality time with them! 💕
An overnight stay in Oviston with the most amazing view of Gariep Dam!

Visits to Cognac, my cheeky nonsense pony who started my riding career! At 26 he’s looking like a million dollars! 🤍

Taking the 2 doggos on our adventure down to Mossel Bay, some quality time on the beach and chasing guinea fowls and some good quality car naps!

Back in the land of Red Cappucinos (rooibos cappucino) and my heart couldn’t be happier about that!

10/10 first week 🤍
Back home in Hoedspruit now 🥰

Rocky start to the trip but ended off the 2 weeks on the road with the best crew with 2 x elite world cups wins 🏆🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️
Bonus was seeing my best friend again after more than a year!

I recently traveled to London for the Pitch-Side Sports First Aid course with AED training. I had a great few days meeting new friends, learning new skills, and gaining confidence in trauma management. Thanks to REACT FIRST LTD - FIRST AID TRAINING for presenting such an informative, fun, and comprehensive course!

I also got the opportunity to put my new skills to work this past weekend, working pitch-side for the Chosen Hill RFC 2nd team as they took on the Cheltenham Saracens. It was an incredible experience, and I am very excited to join them for the remainder of the season. 🏉 🚨

BMX Freestyle European Championships ‘24 🏆✨

An insanely cool experience working with the British Cycling BMX Freestyle team 🇬🇧 for the first time ever as they took on the European Championships in Cadenazzo, Switzerland 🇨🇭🚲

They absolutely hit it out the ball park coming home with two Golds 🏆🏆, a Bronze 🥉, a Fourth and some incredible runs put together over the competition! Beyond chuffed for each and every one of them! 🥳🤩

This trip wrapped up my final race trip for the year and what a way to end the season 🥂

Next stop : Home 😍🇿🇦🦒

Nové Město na Moravě 🇨🇿

A week was had, good and bad.
But as always, our riders stayed focused and showed their sheer determination at the goal ahead and smashed it right out the ball park!

doing what he does best, taking the race by the horns on the first lap, riding away from the pack to a compelling WIN in pure class and style by over a minute. Proving once again why he is the Junior World Champion! 🏆🌈

doing the double double making it 6/6 now 😮‍💨🔥munro taking it up a level with P3 in the XCC and P2 in the XCO! 🤯 Kachow! 🏎️

Proud as punch working with these incredible athletes! 🫶🏻
