Being attuned to level 1 allows you channel Reiki energy to heal yourself, family and friends. Amongst others you will learn about the chakra system and how it correlates to the endocrine system whilst benefiting from many techniques to clear, ground and protect your energy and others.

Level 2 builds on this foundational knowledge and includes how to perform distant healing. This level allows you to practice Reiki healing professionally, treating your own clients.

The cross quarter festival that marks the middle of summer and the first harvest. This is a day to celebrate 🥳

To give thanks for the sheer abundance of the earth and the fruits of your own labour, whilst reflecting on the cycles of nature 🍃

Our ancestors would have baked bread on this day to symbolise bringing intention into fruition 🥖

Lammas is a time for reflection and gratitude. So take a moment today to reflect on all you have accomplished this year so far and throughout your life. Take a sacred pause to honour yourself, your journey and give thanks for all of your many, many blessings 💫

It is a day to celebrate yourself, the earth and the life you’ve been gifted, so go love on yourself and everyone around you 💕
