The cross quarter festival that marks the middle of summer and the first harvest. This is a day to celebrate 🥳

To give thanks for the sheer abundance of the earth and the fruits of your own labour, whilst reflecting on the cycles of nature 🍃

Our ancestors would have baked bread on this day to symbolise bringing intention into fruition 🥖

Lammas is a time for reflection and gratitude. So take a moment today to reflect on all you have accomplished this year so far and throughout your life. Take a sacred pause to honour yourself, your journey and give thanks for all of your many, many blessings 💫

It is a day to celebrate yourself, the earth and the life you’ve been gifted, so go love on yourself and everyone around you 💕
