WHAT A YEAR WE’VE HAD AND WHAT A YEAR WE HAVE AHEAD OF US! 🤩

In 2023 we brought Firelight to life with a series of events that truly delivered our mission: “To bring people together for joyous experiences that help them disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with nature” 🍃
We’re now ready to step things up a notch, with the purchase of a custom built tipi with space for 200 guests 🎪
We’ll be hosting a packed schedule of events at in 2024, utilising the cosy eco-barn in the colder months and moving into our incredible new tipi home from May to October 🙌

Here are some of the things we’ll be up to in 2024:
✅ A weekly schedule of yoga and wellness classes 🧘‍♂️
✅ Day retreats for corporates and private groups 🙏
✅ Wild feast events with talented chefs and the very best local ingredients🥕🍴
✅ Live music events and day festivals 🎶🎸
✅ Hot and cold therapy with our friends at 🔥
✅ Mens and women’s empowerment events 🤼‍♂️ 👭
✅ and much much more…

BREATHWORK BRUNCH 14th JAN🥙✨

With 2 sold out Yoga Brunches under our belt we felt it was time to bring you the power of the breath 🫶

No experience necessary… join us for quite simply the best way to kick off your 2024.

But what is Breathwork❔

Breathwork is a practise that helps release stuck energy and emotion in the body. It involves lying down, under a blanket with an eye mask and being guided through a rhythmic breathing journey with the help of your facilitator set to a soundtrack of powerful and emotive music:

✔️ Turbo-charges your body’s ability to process toxins
✔️ A massive endorphin hit that creates otherworldly sensations in the body and mind… Many describe this as “getting high on your own supply”
✔️ An emotional release that will leave you feeling as light as a feather

Our first gig night in the barn at hit all the right notes 🙌 🎶

✅ Great food, courtesy of
✅ New friendships made 👫 as people huddled around the fires with a hot mulled wine 🍷🔥
✅ A beautiful warm barn, packed to the rafters with twinkling lights 🎄
✅ Incredible performances from and , both of whom surprised us with original takes on some well known classics as well as their own sublime original music 🎵 🎸 🥁 Well worth a listen if you ask us 🤷

Introducing the newest member of the wellness family at Lopemead Farm 🥁 🔥

Our good friend has been working ridiculous hours to complete his beautiful sauna in time for you to sweat out those Christmas mince pies, and we’re delighted to see it up and running at last. 🥳

We’re partnering with Aspen Sauna on Sunday the 28th January for a morning of sauna and guided cold water immersion, followed by a restorative vinyasa yoga flow.
