On average it takes 7 years for women to ask for help for menopause related issues…
The average age of women in the UK to commence their menopause is 51 years old.
During the perimenopause women are vulnerable to hormonal changes risking their mental health.
33% of women report they do not exercise during this time of life.
25-40% of women are unsure on how to do pelvic floor exercises and end up holding their breath during exercise in an attempt ‘to hold it all in’.
Women will start to lose their lean mass and body fat distribution changes, making weight creep on.

🏃🏻‍♀️when did you last review your sports bra?
🌻Our b***s can change in size and shape over time due to hormonal changes, breastfeeding, or other factors such as menopause and surgery etc.
Side effects to wearing the wrong sports bra:
•Neck back and shoulder pain
•Headaches
•Breast skin damage
•Breast ligament damage
Encapsulated sports bras can be more effective for high impact activities such as running and CrossFit. But also give me more support and comfort to each breast.
Have a review of yours 🙋🏻‍♀️•
