Returning to normal at the end of summer is often a time when people consider starting counselling. We currently have some new client availability for both Counselling/ Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

We have some additional counselling availability opening up on a Tuesday and Wednesday in January 2024 for young people 13+ and adults.

All our therapists have had their COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. They also do lateral flow tests before coming into our large, ventilated therapy room each morning.

Government guidance under the current national restrictions allows us to remain open. People are also permitted to leave home in order to access our services.
