Spring is almost here… and we’re ready for it 🌸☀️

Our beautiful magnolia tree outside the Thame practice is soon to be in full bloom, which can only mean one thing — brighter days are on the way. And with sunshine expected tomorrow, we’re already feeling that lovely lift in mood that a bit of spring sunshine brings.

There’s something about those first warm, sunny days that just makes everything feel better.

If you’re heading out to enjoy it, it might be time to dust off the sunglasses (or treat yourself to a new pair 😎). Good quality sunglasses don’t just look great — they help protect your eyes from harmful UV too.

☀️ Solar Appreciation Day

The sun does wonderful things for our mood and wellbeing — but it’s important to remember that our eyes need protection too.

Just like your skin, your eyes can be affected by UV exposure. Over time, this can increase the risk of conditions such as cataracts and other eye damage.

A good pair of UV-protective sunglasses can make all the difference, helping to keep your eyes comfortable and protected when you’re out enjoying the sunshine.
