Like many of us, I've tried almost every diet on the market, but since having my children I found it nearly impossible to stick to any plan long enough to make a difference. I would be great for a few weeks, but when the weight didn't come off, I'd lose interest or if I had lost weight I put it all back on again! Despite constantly being on a 'diet' I was gaining weight! Then after I had my 2nd child, I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan and it changed my life and I gained back my confidence.
Cambridge Weight Plan is so simple to follow and because I lost weight quickly, it kept me on track until I reached my target weight.
