Restorative Yoga & Relaxation
with

Saturday 7th March 2.00-4.00pm £25.

You don't have to be burnt out to deserve rest.

But if you've been:

•not sleeping great
•feeling wired and tired
•struggling to switch off

this session is for you.

Restorative is different from my weekly classes. Long supported holds, guided breath, quiet space. A nervous system reset.

Relaxing Gentle Yoga This Sunday
6.00-7.15pm, £5.

A relaxed, beginner-friendly yoga taster designed to help you unwind at the end of the weekend.

This 75-minute session will be slow, gentle and grounding, with plenty of options offered throughout. You don’t need any previous yoga experience, or flexibility — just come as you are.

This class includes a hot tea to sip throughout.

Perfect if you’re:

new to yoga or returning after a break

curious about my classes and want to try them out

looking for a calm, lovely way to end your Sunday

£5 per person.
All levels welcome

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas.

Thank you to all that have used the studio this year, wether to teach or a attend a class or workshop.
It's been lovely to meet so many new people throughout the year and see all the amazing things taking place in the studio.
People have had moments of happiness, stillness and escape whilst in the space and that is exactly what he wanted when we created it.

Here to is to another year with wonderful classes and workshops giving people the choice and opportunity to take the time for themselves to do something for their mind body and soul.

Candlelit Sunday Rituals with 6pm Saturday 25th January.

Candlelit Sunday Rituals is about finding your way back to you. Join Becky for 90 minutes of gentle stretching, breath work and deep relaxation to have you feeling yourself again. She will be sharing lovely and simple practices that will help regulate your nervous system and send you floating home to bed.

Under the soft glow of candlelight & a soothing soundtrack, take time to unwind and unravel any January stress. Come alone or bring a friend.

This workshop is for any level and all bodies are VERY welcome.

Your ticket includes a hot tea.
