Starting soon in Thame - live and interactive Pilates classes! Get the benefit of hands-on cueing and eagle-eyed instruction as the power of the Pilates method transforms your body.
Classes are suitable for clients with at least six months Pilates experience and will take place in a light airy studio on Tuesday evening (beginner classes will be arranged if enough interest!). Message or call for more information!

Apologies for late notice but unfortunately the memorial room is only available until 7.30pm on Mondays so class start time will be 6.30pm! I hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience and please let me know if there’s a problem. Thanks Katie

New Year - new you ... Remember 2019 classes start tomorrow! New start time of 7pm for Monday and mats still available. Tuesday class also at 7 and that me place left. Call me and start your Pilates journey.
