I’m moving away from drop-in movement and into something more intentional.
Not because drop-ins are bad - but because they don’t support the kind of grounding, strength and nervous system regulation most of us are actually looking for.
‘Grounded & Strong’ is an ongoing yoga class, practice and community for people who want to feel calmer, stronger and more connected to their body - without having to decide every week.
Classes run weekly, but they’re held inside a supportive structure that values repetition, progression and nervous system safety.
You don’t need motivation.
You need a community that carries you.
