It shouldn’t feel complicated to start feeling better in your body.
Somewhere along the way it became so important to track everything, fix everything and optimise everything!
Instead of doing something we enjoyed because it made us feel good, we have started to run the risk of doing totally the opposite and causing ourselves more angst and overwhelm.
The shift perhaps we need to make in the way we approach everything is not to give our body more pressure, but to give it more support.
Because when your system is overwhelmed, pushing it harder can backfire and your motivation can disappear.
What are you doing right now that you enjoy and makes you feel that it’s actually working for your body and not against it?
It’s different for all of us, but the important thing is to find something that creates longevity for your body and helps you future proof your strength, mobility, flexibility and stability.
