Foot health is so important for our day to day movement, how we feel move and even how our pelvic floor and core function!

I have been focusing a lot this year on a personal level on my foot health- mobility, stability etc. Getting my toes more mobile after having some foot injuries earlier this year.

It shows how much I have focused on my feet as I wear my correct toes a lot and now my 8 year old made her own version using packaging to help wake up her pinky toes that can’t move independently!

Next block of 6 classes focusing on helping you move with less aches and pains, back issues, core, hips and shoulder discomfort starts WEDNESDAY 13th October 7.45-8.45pm.

All on zoom, and you get a replay for a week after so you can repeat to your hearts content.

Class size is max 8 people so I can see you all and tailor to your needs. £75 for the block of 6.

Next Mindful Movement 6 week block of classes starts Wednesday 25th 7.45pm next week. £75 including recordings to repeat your favourite bits as much as you like for a week!

Tonight’s class got our glutes and triceps plus a whole lot of release work with balls!

Message if you would like to join next Wednesday for 6weeks or to go on the list to be notified about October’s extra classes. ( get your request in for day and time).

This weeks class… your upper back and shoulders will feel amazing!

Just run through it with my ‘guinea pig’ and they claim they feel like they have a new back!

There maybe some good glute and leg work before we do that though.

Being a complete yoga novice, I have really enjoyed the way you have taught us and more often than not when you say where we should be feeling the stretch, I can actually feel it, which is progress.
