The Burdwood surgery will be closed on Monday the 19th as a mark of respect for The Queens Funeral. We have had to rescheduled appointments understandably. He captured the heart of the nation at a time where everyone needed inspiration. At 100 years the odds were against him with pneumonia and then Covid. Sadly he lost his battle but he has truly left a lasting memory and legacy. May he rest in peace. Sir Captain Tom. ❤
