My prices are like the weather. ❄️Frozen❄️. The cost of everything else may have gone up but my prices have been frozen since 2019. Why? Because I believe sports massage shouldn’t be a one off treat every now and again. The benefits of regular sports massage are huge. And I want to make this affordable as possible.

Happy New Year 🎉 With many of you starting your marathon plan in January, don’t forget the power of regular sports massage. Muscle maintenance is key. Clients who book in once every 3-4 weeks often comment on how much ‘freer’ they feel after massage, particularly in their hip. Sports massage should not be a ‘treat’ or for when you get niggles. The big benefits are gained when sports massage is integrated into your plan.

It’s felt like a long 8 months but I’ve finally beaten myocarditis. Taking life slowly is not normally something I like to do, but I’ve had to listen to my body. However, I am finally back and taking appointments again. Thank you all for your patience. Hope to see you all again soon 😊

It’s been a busy, but wonderful few weeks helping you all prepare for such a wide variety of races & events. However, with my own event looming, I will be taking leave for some R&R before heading to Tallinn for my Ironman. Currently taking bookings up to & including 23rd July. Then I’m closing until 12th August, (except for Sunday 1st August when I will be open for the day). Ping me a message to get booked in now, before it’s too late.
