Pilates for You Pilates can improve your fitness and well-being by developing your core strength, alignment and breathing. Small and individual classes available.

Pilates can complement all aspects of life whether you’re a beginner or a top athlete. The benefits include toning, positive body awareness, increased flexibility, posture and balance through precise and controlled movements.I have practised Pilates for many years and I am qualified teacher and have also completed an intermediate level qualification. I teach in small groups enabling everybody to feel the benefits.
