🤔 We get asked this question ALOT at clinic - What is the difference between an osteopath, a chiropractor, and a physiotherapist? 🤔
We all treat pain and movement issues — but our approaches and philosophies differ.
Here’s a quick breakdown 👇
💆♀️ Osteopath
Focuses on the whole body connection.
Osteopaths use gentle hands-on techniques to improve circulation, balance, and mobility — not just where it hurts, but how the whole body functions together.
💥 Chiropractor
Centres on the spine and nervous system.
Chiropractors often use specific spinal adjustments to help improve nerve flow and alignment, aiming to restore function and reduce pain.
🏃♂️ Physiotherapist
Focuses on movement, strength, and rehabilitation.
Physios use exercises, manual therapy, and education to help you recover from injury, surgery, or chronic pain and get you moving better.
✨ All three aim to help you feel and move your best — just with slightly different approaches!
